Privacy notice

The short version

This website collects as little as possible. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and no contact forms on propercheck.ca.

What we receive

If you email us (tony@propercheck.ca), we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to manage the engagement. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to any list without your express consent.

Server logs. This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Clients

If you engage Propercheck for services, a full privacy policy covering how engagement data is collected, used, stored, and deleted (in accordance with PIPEDA) is provided as part of your engagement agreement before any work begins.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). Contact: tony@propercheck.ca.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first. If unsatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca, 1-800-282-1376).
